This site is an online resource for diversity and social change.   It is produced by Hugh Vasquez (Founder of the Todos Institute) with contributions from Victor Lewis (Founder of the Center for Diversity Leadership) and other prominent educators and social justice leaders.   Hugh and Victor, both of whom are primary cast members in the award-winning film The Color of Fear , combine over 20 years of experience working with organizations and communities to address diversity issues.   The writing on this site is designed to serve as a catalyst and source of inspiration, debate, and critical analysis for others addressing the challenges of diversity in our times.
