Job Description

The Dr. Susan L. Davis and Richard J. Henley College of Nursing is seeking applicants whose primary teaching responsibilities will be with the First Professional Degree BSN program. We are currently searching for faculty positions with a nine (9) month appointment with rank and tenure commensurate with background and experience. The thriving undergraduate, pre-licensure program has over 800 students. Some teaching and student advising in the Second Degree Accelerated BSN Program may be required.

Requirements:

We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:



Doctorate degree in nursing or related field preferred. (Candidates enrolled in doctoral program invited to apply).
Previous experience in nursing higher education preferred.
Clinical expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Pediatrics
Medical/Surgical Nursing
Public Health
Foundational Nursing
Leadership

Henley College of Nursing is accredited by the CCNE and offers a traditional BSN, second degree accelerated BSN, RN to BSN completion, RN to MSN and MSN with tracks for administration, nursing education, family nurse practitioner, psych/mental health nurse practitioner, clinical nurse leader, and DNP.
