ADMINISTRTIVE ASSISTANT, Office of Strategic Alliances and Technology Transfer (OSATT)-Technology Licensing Office (TLO), to provide administrative support to six licensing officers, six licensing associates, and the associate director. Will schedule their meetings; manage their travel; and assist with the compilation, signing, and distribution of licensing agreements, options, non-disclosure agreements, and amendments.
REQUIRED: a high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years’ administrative, office, or related experience; excellent administrative, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; attention to detail; high-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; and willigness to take on new projects and learn new skills as needed. Must be able to prioritize and follow through on projects and the patenting, marketing, and licensing of Institute inventions; work flexibly; anticipate and initiate actions; function both independently and in a team setting; and meet the demands of multiple and sometimes concurrent staff requests.
