Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following position: Applications Analyst in the Office of Information Technology Services. This position assists with the design, implementation, and system maintenance for ImageNow (Perceptive Content Software) forms and workflows.
Duties include but are not limited to: assist with managing and implementing Perceptive Content/ImageNow in collaboration with supervisor and the University community, including assistance with day-to-day operations of software support, user management, training, and special projects; coordinate and ensure timely system maintenance and support; develop, code, test and implement Perceptive Content/ImageNow document workflows and scripting based on specifications outlined by the University community; assist with establishing best practice techniques to be followed during development; consult with supervisor and the campus community to guide them in streamlining existing or creating new processes to effectively connect campus community processes; maintain document workflow operations for assigned Perceptive Content/ImageNow system workflows; produce electronic documentation to be stored in central/accessible location for all procedures and custom code related to new system features and to the resolution of system errors; assist with all phases of installation, support, and program management for College-Net R25, S25 and X25 Products; provide consultation services, documentation and assists in resolving problems; provide exceptional customer service to all constituents, including but not limited to, faculty, staff, students, visitors, and the community at large; assist the Enterprise System Support unit of ITS with contributing to improving operational procedures, processes, and standards as well as change management procedures in alignment and collaboration with ITS goals and objectives to advance the University mission; manage and utilize University/ITS/individual resources and time effectively to accomplish tasks and projects; ensures and maintain information security and confidentiality; and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and work experience in the modification and maintenance of system programs, the design and development of system software, or the testing and debugging of system software is required. An associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and at least one (1) year of related experience and training with imaging systems are preferred.

Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
