Job Description

Assist the Customer Experience Strategist and Researcher with research, documentation of marketing processes, and analysis of online student enrollment and matriculation data; maintain digital marketing assets that support enrollment in online programs.

Ball State University’s Division of Online & Strategic Learning welcomes applications for a Temporary Content and Research Coordinator. The successful applicant will assist the Customer Experience Strategist and Researcher – support marketing of online programs and degrees through research, analysis, and documentation of student enrollment and matriculation data. This position will also maintain digital marketing assets to support student enrollment.

Job Function:

Assist the Customer Experience Strategist and Researcher with research, documentation of marketing processes, and analysis of online student enrollment and matriculation data; maintain digital marketing assets that support enrollment in online programs.

Minimum Education:

Associate's degree or equivalent in office administration or related field.

Preferred Education:

Degree in a field that includes social research.

Minimum Experience:

One to three years of related customer service experience. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Excel.

Preferred Experience:

Successfully completed University training for the web content management system, Sitecore. Work experience in customer service and use of a CRM (customer relationship management) tool. Work experience in a higher education setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data related to online program recruitment and enrollment and create visualizations for reports.
  • Assist with the maintenance of digital marketing assets that support enrollment in online programs using the University's web content management system, Sitecore, and its customer relationship management system, Slate.
  • Support and assist the Customer Experience Strategist and Researcher.
  • Participate in assigned individual, team, and small group projects that promote best practices in the areas of student success.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
