Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze data related to online program recruitment and enrollment and create visualizations for reports.
- Assist with the maintenance of digital marketing assets that support enrollment in online programs using the University's web content management system, Sitecore, and its customer relationship management system, Slate.
- Support and assist the Customer Experience Strategist and Researcher.
- Participate in assigned individual, team, and small group projects that promote best practices in the areas of student success.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
