Position Summary and Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking goal-oriented, highly motivated research technician with a passion to assist with translational immuno-oncology research projects.

The main goal of our laboratory is the translational development of immunotherapies for lymphoma. In particular, we have a keen interest in 1) developing novel biomarkers that promote precision-based medicine and 2) discovering strategies to further enhance the efficacy of existing immunotherapies.

The lab employs pre-clinical mouse models, as well as patient specimens, in both basic and translational studies of lymphoma. We also use an array of cellular, molecular, and genomic analyses to interrogate questions in a number of in vitro, in vivo, and bioinformatic studies.

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years of related experience or combined education and experience in related field

Preferred education experience and skills:

The ideal candidate will have relevant laboratory experience in one more of the following areas of molecular biology and cellular immunology including:

    • Molecular biology techniques (qPCR and Western blots)
    • Cellular immunology techniques including (cell culture and flow cytometry)
    • Experience working with lab animals and animal husbandry
  • Basic computational biology skills will also be very valuable but are not mandatory for the position.
