Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Three years of experience in a related field
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Live sporting event or broadcast production experience in a control room or broadcast truck environment
- Detailed understanding of cabling, broadcast audio, camera operation, video servers, broadcast switchers, and CG graphics
- Experience using professional video cameras and video editing software
- Flexible to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays
Position Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Five years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of ESPN broadcasting standards
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with Ross® and NewTek® video switchers and CG graphics
- Experience directing and/or producing sports broadcasts
- Relevant industry certifications
