--- The Oklahoma Registry Certificate of Achievement and Stipend Program Technician is responsible for providing clerical and customer service support for The Oklahoma Registry Certificate of Achievement and Stipend Program and the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) for directors, teachers, and family childcare providers in licensed child care facilities. This position reports to the Project Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Receive new applications and required documentation
- Review applications for completeness and contact applicants regarding missing information
- Input application and supporting documentation information into the database and enter process notes
- Scan applications and related forms
- Provide professional customer service assistance to participants with questions regarding program requirements
- Maintain Excel database that contains participant and application information
- Keep accurate records of all contacts and enter a summary of discussions with participants and/or organizations in the OPDR database notes
- Track data and activities as directed by the supervisor
- Complete assigned monthly performance dashboard reports and other reports on request
- Participate in scheduled team and center-wide meetings and required OU Outreach events
- Submit time certification and distribution forms twice monthly
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Follow established confidentiality and data security procedures
- Follow established safety procedures to protect the health and safety of personnel and property

Job Requirements
--- Required Education: High School Diploma or GED, AND
- 12 months of office, clerical, or administrative support experience
Skills:
- Computer skills, including data entry, spreadsheets, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
- Customer service experience
- Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, be organized, and self-motivated and complete tasks in a timely manner
