Job Description

Position Highlights:

The Manager, Employer Relations, will support the Employer Strategy, a Strategic Priority (Market Expansion Impact 2028 Pillar), in the development and administration of new employer relationships that support growth of Moffitt's hospital and physician services; as well as Moffitt's screening, prevention and cancer education programs. The overall goal of the position is to expand Moffitt's reach locally, regionally and nationally through successful employer relationships and partnerships. 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Healthcare experience particularly with a hospital or healthcare system a plus.
  • Proven ability to adding new customers and close agreements.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentations.
  • Deadline driven, a planner, organized and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development of new formal employer relationships/partnerships.
  • Support growth of Moffitt's hospital and physician services as well as Moffitt's screening, prevention and cancer education programs.
  • Assist in improving customer satisfaction in areas which directly affect the hospital's ability to improve relationships with employers.
  • Supports ongoing development of employer strategy.


 

Credentials and Qualifications:
 
·     Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, Healthcare Administration/Services or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
 
·     Minimum of seven (7) years professional experience in the healthcare or sales fields with business to business experience and demonstration of marketing success.
