Job SummaryThe Administrative Assistant will support both Family Medicine and Physician Assistant Studies Division Chiefs and senior faculty leadership in ensuring continuity and increasing efficiencies between these two complementary divisions within the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Support both Family Medicine and Physician Assistant Studies Division’s faculty leadership (6 faculty) with:
· Scheduling meetings
· Meeting support/taking minutes
· Faculty leave tracking
· Procurement/purchasing
· Travel
· Management of faculty CME accounts
· MBM/CV management
· Event planning
· Other administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in business or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education) and three years full-time secretarial experience required. Demonstrated human relations and effective written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and direct supervisory experience preferred.
