Job Description Summary
The School of Computing and Data Science at Wentworth Institute of Technology invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Cybersecurity & IT at the Assistant Professor rank to begin August 15, 2023.

The typical teaching load is three 4-credit courses in each of the Fall and Spring semesters, with opportunities for summer teaching. Although the primary mission of the faculty is teaching, they are also expected to engage in research and perform service to the University, such as advising, developing curricula, and serving on committees.

Applicants must have at least one year of undergraduate or graduate teaching experience. Responsibilities will include teaching courses in support of our undergraduates in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, and other technical majors. All candidates should have research experience as demonstrated by publications, presentations, or products related to the practice of computer science, cybersecurity, or information technology.

About the School of Computing and Data Science
The School of Computing and Data Science comprises faculty in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, and Applied Mathematics. We offer undergraduate programs in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Networking, and Cybersecurity, and have recently launched graduate programs in Data Science, Applied Computer Science, and Business Analytics.
