Job Description

The Associate Vice President of Assessment and Continuous Improvement (CI) oversees the collection and analysis of student learning outcome data and the use of the data to inform the continuous improvement of the curriculum. The role provides leadership and support to program leaders who engage with faculty to review data, propose curriculum revisions, serve as subject matter experts, and ultimately implement curriculum changes. This position works closely with leaders in Curriculum, Instruction, Academic Operations, Academic Compliance, Registration, Student Services, Career Development and Alumni Services to provide assessment framework, outcome data, curriculum revisions, and more to inform the continuous improvement cycle of academic programs at Herzing University. Successful applicants will demonstrate experience in outcomes assessment in higher education, technology adaptability, and positive leadership and collaboration abilities needed to foster an environment of continuous improvement. 

This position reports directly to the Chief Academic Officer.
