Job Description

Summary

The REDCap Coordinator position is responsible for the maintenance, support and oversight of the REDCap system and providing analytical support for investigators. This position will assist in creating, designing, and implementing processes to ensure accurate data collection from electronic data collection instruments in REDCap and providing on-going training and support of end users.

 

This position may offer the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

Job Duties

  • Helps users find solutions to new functionality, special needs. 
  • Establishes and documents a Training Plan, Access and Security process, Policies and Procedures, Support Documentation, Procedures and Documentation for eCRF 21 part 11 compliance for eConsent. 
  • Provides application project build.
  • Performs application assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Performs application upgrades and testing
  • Address project approvals/changes/deletions.
  • Creates new user accounts, internal to BCM and external to BCM.
  • Continues implementations of external modules, APIs, Twilio. 
  • Handles EPIC FHIR integration (multiple PI requests). 
  • Supports API projects, Open Specimen API Integration, new requests for API integration. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. No experience required with Bachelor’s degree.
