Job Description

Summary

This position will be responsible for managing the physician recruitment process and support the growth of the Baylor Medicine Practice. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to analyzing practice data and working on strategic comprehensive business plans.

Job Duties

Manage Concept Acceptance 

  • Develops weekly agendas for both BCM and BSLMC CA meetings
  • Coordinates with departments to ensure materials are submitted appropriately
  • Vets all materials submitted to CA for approval
  • Communicate outcomes to departments with initial approval, next steps, or final approval
  • Coordinating with finance team on proforma inputs
  • Coordinate communication with BSLMC finance team 
  • Accountable for managing action items and processes required for all programs and recruits that come through CA
  • Develops and provides quarterly recruitment updates with financial impact to both BCM and   BSLMC 
  • Develops and manages annual BCM recruitment plan
  • Tracks BCM/BSLMC budget and recruitment status

 

Clinical Business Development:

  • Manages all BCM wide data requests for OPTUM market advantage (market analytics tool)
  • Develops comprehensive business plans with supporting data analytics to drive new revenue stream
  • Manages the physician recruitment process for Baylor Medicine
  • Develops comprehensive business plans for strategic growth initiatives
  • Analysis of Physician Group Practice data 
  • Analysis of key market and industry trends
  • Prepare and develop presentations for Executive Leadership
  • Support function for various Strategic Committees
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
