Job Description
Primary responsibilities will include teaching on-campus undergraduate courses in elementary education and partnering with schools and community agencies, and performing other duties assigned by the department chairperson.
The Department of Elementary Education has a three-year, full-time contract faculty position available for the 2022-23 academic year. This contract is renewable for two additional years, after the initial three-year contract.
Job Function:
Primary responsibilities will include teaching on-campus undergraduate courses in elementary education and partnering with schools and community agencies, and performing other duties assigned by the department chairperson.
Minimum Experience:
Master’s degree in elementary education or related field from an accredited institution. At least three years of elementary classroom teaching experience.
Preferred Experience:
Doctoral degree in elementary education or related field from an accredited institution, university teaching experience, knowledge and experience working with diverse learners, and experience partnering with schools and/or community agencies.
