ROLE SUMMARY
The Pfizer Digital Client Partner will be accountable for partnering with Commercial colleagues on all digital matters, such as wearables, data, analytics, insights, social media, enterprise systems, customer experience, etc. The individual will operate as the liaison between the Oncology Commercial Business and Pfizer Digital. The colleague in this role will require a broad understanding of the business, the strategic direction and related business needs which will further assist them in identifying and delivering new digital capabilities and Products.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Point of contact for all digital matters.
Be a trusted digital consultant to business.
Advise on all aspects of digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities and internal Pfizer Digital capabilities.
Lead the digital strategy, priorities and business case creation with sponsors to achieve key business priorities.
Help shape all digital requests to ensure high value and strategic alignment.
Partner with the stakeholders (Regional President, Franchise global Leads) to manage successful execution of the digital strategy including solution adoption, scaling and business case achievement. Key focus will be global strategy and scaling of innovative Gene therapy digital Platform (First for Pfizer)
Be proactive thought leader partnering to drive the innovative use of digital to create value for our patients, all customers and the business
Elicit ideas for horizontal and holistic strategy to maximize enterprise systems and drive collective advantage of pfizer scale and capabilities.
Breadth and Depth of Knowledge
Knowledgeable about the principles, concepts, and theories Rare Diseases business domains
Develops strategies for products and/or projects in the Rare Diseases
Uses knowledge of industry, customer requirements and general business environment to adapt and implement strategic actions for the Business Unit
Exhibits a high level of business knowledge and understanding of the external marketplace and anticipates customer requirements.

Lead development of Digital POV across SCBU

Articulates business priorities that support the direction and strategy for the HBU and Rare Disease organization and aligns digital projects to address areas of priority
Identify and operationalize capabilities and products across Specialty BU and enterprise

Recommends courses of action to management that impact units within the Global Business Unit
Motivates indirect reports and delivers results for Global Business Unit
Communication
Leverages a variety of communication tools and techniques to help colleagues understand how their work aligns to business priorities
Maintains an open communication environment to ensure the knowledge and expertise of Medical Affairs resources are leveraged
Influencing Others
Informs senior management of decisions that have an impact on business direction within Global Business Unit
Partners with Global Business Unit leadership to accomplish Global Business Unit objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in digital or related field
10+ years ' experience Pfizer or pharma industry experience delivering innovations in Digital solutions
Proven track record of establishing strong partnerships with senior stakeholders as well as delivering innovative technical solutions
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Strong client engagement, relationship management and program management skills
Financial acumen in digital delivery
Ability to influence and work with cross functional teams to deliver complex projects
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and/or background in Life sciences, Information Management
Master’s degree in relevant field
Proven ability to manage and drive large transformation programs and orchestration of digital delivery
Proven ability to manage financial goals, both in own area, and in support of a larger entity
Deep expertise on marketing practices, processes and platforms and in particular digital marketing platforms and best practices
