Job Description

Job Summary
Provides support and assists with the overall administration and development of specific department programs.
Responsibilities
Assists with program organization to ensure office success. Duties include and are not limited to:
Compiles, sorts, and organizes office supplies and physical assets in preparation for events and campus activations.
Digital Sign support
Event inflatables
Storage/Office organization and inventory management
Assists in the distribution of program materials, forms, and general correspondence.
Assist delivery driver on campus distributions/newspaper stands and collection of A-Frames.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education) required. Two years of related experience, ability to use logic and reasoning to prioritize tasks, expertise using MS Office software, and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required. Database experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field may be preferred.
