What You Will Achieve

Your technical and business skills will help Pfizer support and elevate the functioning of business information processing systems. Your knowledge of tools, computer systems, business processes and workflows will make you a critical member of the team. Your strong communication skills will facilitate requirement gathering for building and enhancing business process maps and systems. Your business process and technical knowledge will help us develop new systems and modify existing business applications, such as inventory control, manufacturing resource planning, and batch management.

As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
  • Support, review, and evaluate requirements, project plans and objectives.
  • Liaise with site functional groups to review impact assessments of business requirements and manage system changes.
  • Utilize specific techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders, analyze and validate the resulting requirements, and secure agreement on the requirements across stakeholders.
  • Design solutions that effectively use business management systems to achieve site goals.
  • Adopt strategies and business processes that are right for the business through demonstration of site supply knowledge.
  • Implement initiatives in close collaboration with site functional teams to achieve targeted metrics.
  • Support global Pfizer Digital project deployments and global continuous improvement initiatives at the site working in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in master data management processes within the global data governance model.
  • Gather metrics and generate standard reports regarding usage or support of systems.
  • Prioritize and balance site, department, and team needs.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience OR a Bachelors with at least 3 years of experience OR Masters with more than 1 year of experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain management concepts including planning, warehousing/material movement, and purchasing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration.
  • Collaboration and partnership skills
  • Effective written and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Advanced Excel skills and fluent in best practices of building models

Physical/Mental Requirements

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Position requirements are typical for an office-based work environment.

Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, or Environment Requirements

  • This role is standard day Monday through Friday work shift; some off-shift support needed when issues arise.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $75,700.00 to $126,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
