Summary
Baylor College of Medicine's Molecular and Human Genetics Team is seeking a BCM Temporary - Administrative Support to provide support to our clinical research and financial teams.
This is a temporary position and the maximum length of the assignment is three months. This position is not eligible for benefits.
Job Duties
- Approves travel requests, purchase orders and other financial documents.
- Assists he Finance team by reviewing and monitoring expenditure,s following purchasing policies and procedures.
- Guides support staff with maintaining policies and procedures (budgeting, cost distributions, SRM, Concur, SAP documents).
- Submits budget revisions and JVs.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three years of relevant experience.
