Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Pathways Mentoring Program and work with partners across the university to implement the inclusive excellence goals of the Graduate School.
- Create, manage, promote, assess, and evaluate graduate student success events. Collaborate with staff across campus who work on professional development programming for graduate students.
- Advise university departments offering graduate programs regarding student success, retention efforts, and related strategies.
- Collaborate with the Associate Dean of the Graduate School to develop and implement a comprehensive graduate student retention plan.
- Manage Graduate School communications about all student success programming.
- Serve as a liaison with various academic, student affairs, and inclusive excellence offices on campus.
- Develop, manage, and evaluate a graduate student association.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
