Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and nine years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in IT architecture, cloud computing, or enterprise infrastructure.
Strong expertise in AWS services, architectures, and cloud security best practices.
Experience with Guardicore or similar microsegmentation tools.
Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Terraform).
Strong knowledge of networking, security, and identity managements.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or similar certification.
Experience in a higher education IT environment.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS).
Familiarity with VMware, Active Directory, and enterprise networking.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
