The Department of Surgery, Division of Colorectal Surgery, is seeking a board-certified Colorectal Surgeon with training in advanced oncologic colorectal surgery to meet the clinical needs of our program in Southern California.The Colorectal Surgeon can look forward to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with a world class, nationally recognizedmultidisciplinary team of top-level surgical and nonsurgical specialists. This is a full-time position reporting to the Division Chief of Colorectal Surgery.
- Clinical site in Upland, CA(possibly additional sites within Southern California)
- The position entails 4- 4 1/2 days of clinical work (clinic and OR) and ½ day for administrative time
- Clinical responsibilities include comprehensive outpatient and inpatient colorectal surgery management for colon, rectal, as well as anorectal pathologies with compassionate patient-centered care
- Established and expanding referral base in Colorectal Surgery in the region

- Provide patient-centered care in collaborationan established multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses at a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic facility.
- Possibility of contribute to the development of clinical trials and research studies and pursuing academic appointments and participation in educational activities
Position Benefits:

· Base Salary Range: $295,000 - $500,000 (Assistant to Professor level). Therange listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.
