Summary

The School of Health Professions is seeking a Coordinator, Program Management in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Program – Nurse Anesthesia.

You’ll collaborate with faculty, learners, and staff to ensure smooth program delivery, manage schedules and documentation, and help maintain compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. This position may involve working weekends and evenings based on program needs.

This position may offer the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

Job Duties

  • Assists with the student recruitment and interview process, including scheduling interviews.
  • Assists with onboarding new students.
  • Receives and responds to all requests for information regarding the program.
  • Schedules or coordinates lectures, evaluations, meetings, ceremonies, events, classroom reservations, and academic calendar, proctors exams.
  • Establishes and maintains student records.
  • Creates, monitors, and tracks documentation of training and educational activities; may assist with grade or evaluation submission.
  • Participates in planning and developing methods for program implementation and administration.
  • May assist with program accreditation.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.
