The salary range for this position is $117,000 to $125,000

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications

PhD or doctorate (U.S. or foreign equivalent degree) in Business Ethics or another closely related field required or, alternatively, ABD candidates with substantial completion of the Ph.D. before September 1st, 2027.
Ability to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in business ethics.
Demonstrated ability and commitment to teaching excellence.
A strong research agenda in normative and/or empirical business ethics research with an established record or strong potential to publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals. The department has a particularly strong tradition in normative business ethics that continues to be a priority.
A commitment to engaging in service to the Ethics and Business Law Department, the Opus College of Business, the University of St. Thomas, and the mission of a Catholic university.
