Job Description

Leads the creation, implementation, and optimization of software tools in support of various domains including design, manufacturing, validation, silicon production, systems integration, software application products, or ecosystem enabling.Utilizes modern software development methodologies, programming languages, domain knowledge, and secure coding practices to design, develop, debug, and/or validate algorithms, software tools, and systems that enable our internal/external engineering partners to design/manufacture intel silicon, integrate Intel silicon and/or software into impactful products. Examples of tools/systems include debuggers, analyzers, SDKs, IDEs, PDKs, performance monitors, software tools and libraries, flows, and/or methodologies for design, manufacturing, validation, and test.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 2 years experience is required;
Experience in scripting and/or tool development using Python, Perl, TCL, C++, shell scripting.
Web development skills in Django, Go, Ruby, PHP
Database experience in MySQL, Postgresql, MongoDB
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the tools including by not limited to Virtuoso, Custom Complier, SiliconSmart, Liberate, FineSim, Spectre, ICV, Calibre, PrimeTime etc
Experience working in the Linux environment and its development tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer orientation, and ability to work with internal partners and across organizations in a flexible manner
Knowledge of Deep learning (Keras, Tensor Flow), Big Data/Spark, Data analytics/Pandas, Web Design (JavaScript, NodeJS etc) is a plus
Knowledge of digital circuit design, including CMOS combinatorial logic and sequential element design, liberty model, cell characterization, a plus

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
